I am originally from the north of England where I completed my diplomas in Health and Social Care, Business Administration, and Customer Service. Whilst there I had a successful 10 year career in the National Health Service processing medication prescriptions.

In 2008 I moved to Vancouver with my husband and son and quickly fell in love with the landscape, wildlife, and recreational opportunities here. My second son was born here and we decided to make Canada our permanent home so obtained our citizenship.

In 2017 I attended Douglas College to study the Medical Office Assistant Diploma course, for which I graduated with honours.

When I am not working you can usually either find me taking care of animals, building Lego or doing puzzles with the children, or at a craft fair with my 12 year old who has his own stall.
